Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch within 1–2 working days

UK Delivery

• Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days
  
• Free UK delivery on orders over £40
  
• Orders under £40 will have delivery costs calculated at checkout.
• Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

You’ll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched. If tracking is available for your selected service, tracking details will be included.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely confident in your Twilly & Hyde purchase.

If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day easy returns policy.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused
  
• In original condition
  
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
